MONKEY FACE ROCK is one of Bidwell Park's most beloved landmarks. This iconic rock formation resembles the face of a monkey. It is easily accessible and is a must-visit destination for family, photographers, and hikers in Upper Park. People enjoy climbing to the head of the rock to see amazing park vistas while looking over Horseshoe Lake. It's one of the first major landmarks in Upper Bidwell Park.
