SHIPPING:
Everything is shipped from our store here in Chico, California. We use United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. We offer USPS first class, ground, and priority options based on the weight of your order.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS:
Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Another email will be sent to you once your order is processed and shipped.

FREE LOCAL PICK UP:
If you are picking up locally at our store in Chico, CA. please wait for our confirmation that your order is complete and ready to pick up, as your order may require processing time.

At this current time we are not offering free local delivery. This is a special we have occasionally. Keep an eye out for specials.
Example: When we have our special you can order online and we will deliver to you here in our home town of Chico, California. You must live in the city limits of Chico for your order to qualify for local delivery. Your order may require processing time. You'll receive emails letting you know the process and when it will be delivered.
