RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Bidwell Supply Co., we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange (see details) may be necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our website, please review our policy below first.

ONLINE APPAREL PURCHASES

Returns Eligibility:

You may return unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise in its original packaging with tags included for a refund. The item must not show any signs of dust, stains, perfumes, dog or cat hair, bleach, etc. Please keep in mind that original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Return Process:

To submit a return from an ONLINE SALE, please log in to your account here. Find the item you'd like to return. Click on the Request Return button, and follow the instructions from there.

Refund:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges for ONLINE SALES. If you wish to exchange an item from an online sale, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We do honor exchanges from online sales if the item is brought back to our physical store.

INSTORE APPAREL PURCHASES

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY:

You may exchange unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise in its original bag with tags and receipt included for a an exchange. The item must not show any signs of dust, stains, perfumes, dog or cat hair, bleach, etc. Original receipt required.

We do not offer returns:

If your item was purchased at our brick and mortar store location we do not offer returns. However, your item may be eligible for an exchange within 30 days if unwashed and in perfect condition. Receipt is required.

INSTORE ARTISAN PRODUCTS

There is a NO exchange policy on artisan consignment items—since they are artisan-owned. This included things like candles, jewelry, signs, etc. Some exceptions are made due to special circumstances.
